SENSITIVITY , RESPONSIBILITY & TEAMWORK - CHRISTMAS INCLASS ACTIVITY

I am showcasing the Christmas in-class activity which we taught our students this December. Celebrating the holidays and Christmas is a special experience for children. Bringing this celebration into the classroom makes learning memorable. I accomplish this by a wonderful theme for each level with a story.  We also planned for the Christmas Choir song performance in English. The Inclass activities  were divided into five activities: Storytelling, Touching and feeling Christmas characters, Winter fine motor skill activity, Story retelling, Stocking game, Santa role play, Christmas light projector, Pin the nose activity, matching the props with character, Making a headband and performing a song, Snowman button counting activity, Making a Christmas Wristband, Growing a Christmas tree, Snowman button counting activity, Giving the gift and singing a Christmas carol,  a wonderful final group performance recording at the end. TEAMWORK , SENSITIVITY AND RESPONSIBILITY - CHRISTMAS EVENT LONGKHANH

I am showcasing the Longkhanh Christmas event which we taught our students an English performance for two weeks to dance with us on stage during the event. The event  was divided into five activities: Introducing Santaclaus,  a wonderful dance performance, Christmas Quiz, a candy stocking game, and giving presents at the end. We had this event only for Longkhanh and We designed the game, and quiz beforehand to make it work well. I had taken the overall responsibility to design the Game, Quiz, and performance. We taught the students a Christmas song for performing during the event and made some structure in English to make them understand the Christmas traditions and celebrations.   Even though the idea was single-handed I grouped with the Longkhanh team to have perfect teamwork to arrange the materials for the game, and the projector for the quiz. SELF DEVELOPMENT - Achieving the IELTS band score 8 -- SMART GOAL (transforming C1 from B2 level)

As we all know the Smart goal for a teacher should be upgrading them with the latest trend to enhance their teaching skill. As an English teacher, I want to improve the quality of my English level. I made my workout plan to write the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) test which is available in Vietnam. I know this is an international standardized test of English Language proficiency for Non- native English Language speakers. First, I booked the test date with British Council and started practicing my skillset for listening, speaking, writing, and reading. Due to my workload and classes, I don't have enough time to focus and complete the practice test as planned. I tried hard to push myself to complete it during my free time and took the final test. SELF DEVELOPMENT - 5 UP CONTROL RULES IN THE CLASSROOM ( SMART GOAL FOR TEACHERS)

 As we all know the Smart goal for a teacher should be classroom management. Implementing students to elicit and understand their rules as a routine. I made my workout plan with students to find the gaps by finding out how to improve the student's classroom behavior through 5 up control system and make some perfect rules. As I know the SMART goals involve S- specific, M- measurable, A- achievable, R- relevant, and T- timebound. S (Specific)  - In the class, I have set a goal with a clear rule routine with TPR and make them relate to the behavior of good and bad. you can see the sample I have listed below. M ( Measurable):  Determining my students to come and elicit the rules in front of the class makes them follow them during my class with perfection. A (Achievable)  - As a teacher, I want one of my students to come and control the class by reinforcing the rule whenever it is not followed.
