SELF DEVELOPMENT - 5 UP CONTROL RULES IN THE CLASSROOM ( SMART GOAL FOR TEACHERS)

As we all know the Smart goal for a teacher should be classroom management. Implementing students to elicit and understand their rules as a routine.

I made my workout plan with students to find the gaps by finding out how to improve the student's classroom behavior through 5 up control system and make some perfect rules.

As I know the SMART goals involve S- specific, M- measurable, A- achievable, R- relevant, and T- timebound.

S (Specific) - In the class, I have set a goal with a clear rule routine with TPR and make them relate to the behavior of good and bad. you can see the sample I have listed below.

M ( Measurable): Determining my students to come and elicit the rules in front of the class makes them follow them during my class with perfection.

A (Achievable) - As a teacher, I want one of my students to come and control the class by reinforcing the rule whenever it is not followed. This makes them not lose focus and keep up the 5-up control system.

R (Relevant) - As my students learn more when they have fun coming and expressing their 5 up control by following it, this goal of mine is entirely relevant and realistic.

T (Timebound) - As you know we have three parts to making the 5-up system implementation. First, make a routine with TPR and make them understand the rules. After that slowly appreciate them to come and introduce the rules by themselves. Finally, make one person be a leader for a day and control the 5-up system to elicit whenever the rules are not followed.

Turn the rules into routines. Take classroom management with a 5-up control system. Your classroom will be under control and should be fun every day with a leader controlling it, so I want to conclude by saying that put yourself in your student's shoes and imagine how that could happen.

I develop my classroom management this way to keep my student having a better learning experience. I also keep my SMART goals intact to develop and establish myself in all aspects where I am lacking.

I also attached a video of the three parts of the 5up control system in my classroom below for your reference.
