SELF DEVELOPMENT - SMART GOALS FOR TEACHERS - MAKE LEARNING FUN
As we all know the Smart goal for a teacher should be optimizing class time. increasing student engagement and reinforcing the student vocabulary.
I made my workout plan with students to find the gaps by finding out how to improve the student's progress through motivation and make learning fun through interactive games and activities.
As I know the SMART goals involve S- specific, M- measurable, A- achievable, R- relevant, and T- timebound.
S (Specific) - In the class, I have set a goal with a clear structure pattern and detailed aim for each level. you can see the sample I have listed below.
M ( Measurable): I also handle the chicken and dolphin levels. Every time the student increases the level, I will articulate some challenging activities suiting for them to improve their progress and clearly plan to have my ideas work to achieve my goals.
A (Achievable) - By using my interesting and fun activities to educate my students is the main task of staying on top of my lesson plan and curriculum while watching my kids improve their knowledge accordingly as planned.
R (Relevant) - As my students learn more when they have fun, this goal of mine is entirely relevant and realistic.
T (Timebound) - As you know we have three weeks for a topic and a unit to cover as per the syllabus. we also have the assessment, in the end, to have clear data of understanding about their progress and effectiveness of the learning process.
