SENSITIVITY - INCREASING THE FINEMOTOR SKILLS THROUGH BUTTERFLY POM POM ACTIVITY

I am showcasing the creativity of increasing my student's fine motor skills by organizing the butterfly Pom pom activity. 



We needed some color templates with the butterfly and pom poms to place on the template matching colors. It was really a wonderful activity as it improves the student's color-matching skills and I made it challenging by making them be in a team to enhance their coordination and teamwork during the game and also improving their productive language by identifying the beautiful and ugly butterflies.

If you are looking for a lovely minibeast fine motor skill activity, then you will love this Butterfly Motor Skills activity to work with your students.

Provide your students with a range of colored pom-poms or sticky dots and encourage them to carefully place the items in the circles provided on the wings of the butterfly. In addition, you could provide bingo dabbers or pots of paint for children to use their fingerprints to fill the white spaces. Children may also enjoy matching the colors of the objects to the patterns on the wings later.

This is a lovely activity for students which can really :

  • gain extra support with developing their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination;
  • explore color, pattern, and matching;
  • encourage talk and exploration of beautiful and ugly butterflies by eliciting a sentence pattern.

RESPONSIBILITY - TAP THE MAGIC TREE SUMMER PROGRAMME - JUNE 2022

We had a wonderful theme that was set by me in the English department for the kindergarten Level. All the students loved it and it came out really well. The lessons were really catchy and the outcome was the best out of all. We had an overall six weeks with 20 awesome activities.  I took the overall responsibility from start to end by working with the suppliers, managers, admins, staff, and teachers by coordinating and executing perfectly. It was a successful and memorable one where I got a lot of appreciation from the head of the departments and the principal. SELF DEVELOPMENT - SMART GOALS FOR TEACHERS - MAKE LEARNING FUN

 As we all know the Smart goal for a teacher should be optimizing class time. increasing student engagement and reinforcing the student vocabulary. I made my workout plan with students to find the gaps by finding out how to improve the student's progress through motivation and make learning fun through interactive games and activities. As I know the SMART goals involve S- specific, M- measurable, A- achievable, R- relevant, and T- timebound. S (Specific) - In the class, I have set a goal with a clear structure pattern and detailed aim for each level. you can see the sample I have listed below. M ( Measurable): I also handle the chicken and dolphin levels.
