The simplest way to get your little preschooler to open up and talk is through puppets. The puppet can also become 'the friend' that your child can talk to about anything! You will be surprised to learn how much more your child engages and communicates with the puppets than with you. So I have made an innovative teaching methodology by making them learn the season song using the costumes and puppet show. It really helped out the students to remember the lyrics and sing along well. As a teacher, I want to show them the innovative method to improve the ability of the students to express themselves in front of others. I designed the student's clothes accordingly to make them understand the seasons easily and danced together with them by having a wonderful puppet show and dance performance.   “In some ways, the performing arts have always done this" is a famous quote that made me have an idea of showcasing my student's product by making a wonderful exhibit.  Our students in Kindergarten exhibit their skills in different attributes by focusing on their fine motor skills. We have improved and focused on painting, coloring, tracing, writing, and pasting together with our English language and the theme. I made this exhibit after its got approved by Ms. Hoa and  Ms. Thuy Anh. It took 5 weeks for overall completion and decoration. I also gained a lot of creative designs and ideas from the internet to showcase the exhibit. Our kids and parents visited our exhibit and were really happy to see the products done by our students. My main goal was not only an exhibit to showcase but also to learn and have some activities inside during our summer program. I want to share the wonderful work done by our team. It was the show and share - a final event in which we work with all our abilities together towards a common vision of showing our theme TAP THE MAGIC TREE. All our English department Kindergarten Teachers were engaged to decorate and accomplish the wonderful ambiance for a successful event.  The event consisted of performances, storytelling, games, and visiting the exhibits. We all teachers planned and divided it with an equal amount of workload and organized it perfectly without any failure. We all had our fuel which is our teamwork which allowed us to attain this success which was appreciated by Ms. Thuy Anh  ( English dept head) & Ms. Tuyet ( kindy principal). We had a wonderful theme that was set by me in the English department for the kindergarten Level. All the students loved it and it came out really well. The lessons were really catchy and the outcome was the best out of all. We had an overall six weeks with 20 awesome activities.  I took the overall responsibility from start to end by working with the suppliers, managers, admins, staff, and teachers by coordinating and executing perfectly. It was a successful and memorable one where I got a lot of appreciation from the head of the departments and the principal. We don't have any negative feedback from the parents and the homeroom teachers as well. Below is the overall review of the program which we have done.
